Avocado Choc Chia Pudding

Nutrition packed guilt free 'treat'. Filled with healthy fats and protein. We love this as an after school snack - or sometimes even for breakfast with some sliced fruit on top. Recipe adapted from a million recipe blogs plus trial and error...I make the errors so you don't have to ;-)


  • 1 cup coconut and almond milk
  • 1 fresh avocado peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 30g dark chocolate (I like dark salted) melted
  • 1 - 2 tablespoons chia seed
  • *optional My secret nutrient packed protein powder mix (if you know the recipe from one of my group programs) 


  1. Blend all ingredients together
  2. Place in container with lid preferably overnight, but at least 4 hours
  3. Enjoy! You can serve with fruit on top and/or a yummy unsweetened probiotic yoghurt.
